Nancy McHugh, Founder

Nancy McHugh's finesse for business and wellness developed early in her career, from her start at a top European skincare company developing strategic partnerships with leading retailers. Her corporate success continued, and as VP Sales and Marketing for a direct sales cosmetic company, she spent the majority of her time mentoring others on how to create a profitable home business. Although she loved her job and found it extremely rewarding, she came to understand the distinct difference between making a living and creating a life. Disillusionment from the stress of company turnovers, employee layoffs and uncertainty about her and her staff's futures at the expense of her family prompted her to heed her own advice.

Nancy left her corporate career for her plan b, the start of her own home-based business through her partnership with an Inc 500 wellness company. Free to develop a life dependent on family and independent of economy, she built a multi-million dollar business while raising her daughter. With the flexibility to dictate her own time, she went to every game and school play. Her efforts and concentration on collective wellbeing inspired more than 9,000 people to do the same.

planBexperts is her model for achievement. As Founder and CEO, Nancy's focus on empowering people to achieve financial success and personal freedom governs every aspect of PlanB. She leads an exceptional team of professionals, who spent the majority of their careers teaching others to develop their plan b, and share in her commitment to the personal success of others in search of a better life. Nancy completed her undergraduate studies at Bryant University, earning a B.S. in Marketing, Economics and Business Administration.
